SpringWell Water Filtration Systems

Very impressed with support staff. I had a problem and was able to FaceTime with a technician so he could see exactly what was going on with the system. Then they sent me a new head free of charge. I would recommend them every day of the week.

Is anyone else having issues with your system? I have an oily film on my dogs water bowl and the horses water trough. My toilets seem to get discolored too. My water tastes fine but I'm concerned. I've called but apparently they don't come out or repair anything at all. I don't understand that there's no service after the sale. Any ideas or suggestions ?

Had an issue with my soft water system drawing brine. Took the chance and called the day after Thanksgiving. Chris and Joe answered my call and helped me easily fix the issue the same day. Great product and customer service!

I installed the whole house filtration and non-salt softener about 2 years ago. I love the cleanliness of the water and am now able to drink from any faucet in the house without the smell and taste of chlorine. My only disappointment is the non-salt softener. I recently converted a bathtub to a shower and the water leaves spots on the new doors that do not rub off. I have to squeegee the water immediately after taking a shower, then take a towel and dry the doors completely in order for spots not to be left and probably etch the glass. Overall I like the system but I would recommend the whole house filtration only and not the non-salt softener

I ordered the salt free whole house filter system with the install kit. I installed it myself, it is simple and straight forward. It does everything as promised. The technical support and customer service have been outstanding. They stand by their products and have been great for the small issues that I have had.

We moved i to our new home in December, and our area is known to have to much iron, chloride, and other minerals that can cause calcified faucets, water spots on glass, and stinky dishwashers! This system has been incredible, and the best part-I can drink out of any of our faucets from around the house, and it tastes like the best bottled water from anywhere! No spots on our glass in showers, no calcification, and no spending money on more purification systems just for drinking water! 10/10 for us!

We purchased the whole house water filtration and salt based softener combo. I researched the entire industry prior to purchasing one, and SpringWell was rated #1 in this industry. The only bug is that they do not do installation. You have to find a licensed plumber to install; other than that, i can see why it's rated #1; it is AWESOME! :)

So far I am very pleased with SpringWell. Using the chat feature, I was able to find very good advice on what kind of system I needed for my well by chatting with Patrick. I was surprised and pleased when he suggested I purchase a component which Springwell does not offer through another filtration system company (Pelican). Moreover, he gave me the contact information for one of their advisors. The Springwell filter (WS1) was delivered within days of my order and it contained all of the components that were listed as included. I am yet to will install the system as the component from the company has not yet arrived but it looks relatively straightforward.

Don't buy. We tested our water before install and after. Water hardness showed an increase after install. I chatted with support and was told to email tech support. I emailed tech support and after a week have not heard from anyone. Be aware that if you want to return the system they charge a 25% restocking fee.

Update on 2/16/21 I received a call from Mario at tech support yesterday. I was made aware that they would do a replacement on our system if needed. That said, he also advised that we would see a higher than usual hardness come through as this system will also release minerals from pipes, valves, etc as its doing its job. This process is outlined on their website but I don't recall it stating a higher hardness test could be triggered. I was told to wait two more months to see if the hardness of the water drops as our plumbing system conditions to the new water.

As of now water tastes good at all sources, so I know the filtration part is working. I am not giving 5 stars at this time because the response by the company to my initial review is not honest.

I had to send two emails to get the response. My first was gracious and of an inquiring mindset. That said, after not hearing from someone for 9 days I threatened to dispute the initial charge on my credit card. That triggered a response. I am happy to give the additional star in the future if the system works like it should, or if the customer support provided going forward provides us a system that is worth the price.

Chris we are very sorry you are not satisfied with the system you purchased. You decided on and purchased our Whole House Water Filter and Salt Free Softener Combo. The system is designed to remove the harmful contaminants that you find in city water as well as crystallize the calcium and magnesium in the water to reduce and clean scale out of plumbing and hot water heaters. Basically it takes the negative affects of the hardness away without using salt and wasting fresh water. Now, some people that go from a salt based to salt free are not satisfied because they were use to something else and can't make the adjustments to the new technology. It clearly states on our website "what to expect" and "what not to expect". On that section it explains that a hardness test with a salt free system will show that the water is still hard. What the test can't show is that the hardness is in a different form. The WQA is working on a protocol now to figure out how to test water that has been through a salt free system. As for the 25% restock that does not apply to you. You purchased in January 2021. You are well within the return policy and entitled to a full refund. Furthermore we can work with you to swap the salt free for a salt based at no charge to you. We also investigated that no one got back to you and we found no evidence of that. Again we are sorry you were not satisfied but please give us a chance to help you before you start giving 1 Star reviews that have no merit. Please reach out to our Tech Support at 800-589-5592.
