Southwest Mobile Storage

We ordered a new Conex box for our business, 40x9.5. Carlos and his team were very professional and responsive throughout the entire process, and delivered at the agreed upon price and on time. The driver team was respectful and helpful, taking the time to position the box to the best of their abilities for us. Overall great experience with Southwest Mobile Storage.

I have not been compensated for this review, just a happy customer who is grateful to have a Conex box for some more storage, with the price of expanding one's building being ridiculous now-a-days.

I really liked that I could pick out the container - I had checked out some other container deals of FB marketplace etc - and they were just brokers for containers, they wanted me to buy site unseen. Plus the delivery charges were outrageous!

We had a TOUGH delivery, rough roads, tight corners and BIG hills, I was worried that either the containers were going to tip over or the truck would be stuck - but everything went smoooth as can be!. One of our neighbors bought a container from Southwest and we were able to see their container and delivery, which helped us realize they could get the containers in!

The delivery cost to Arivaca AZ was a great deal, Carlos at the Tucson location, was super busy the day we went to check them out. He followed up the next day making sure all our questions were answered. Plus after the sale he helped us source extra materials and locks for the boxes.

With the crazy way prices are going up, using containers to build with made sense for us.

Always a pleasure to work with customers like Monica, who arrived with a smile and pleasant conversation. One of the many reasons why I love working for Southwest Mobile Storage!

Do NOT trust this company! Bought a container that had someone's stuff inside. I guess it was a repossession they told me. After agreeing to a price, I took pictures of the contents inside the container while at their office. Carlos locked it with his key and lock and reassured me that it would be safe until delivery. After delivery, I notice several objects were missing that were present in the pictures. I visited the office and noticed two of the missing items sitting in the office. This company is not to be trusted!! They are worse than a used car salesman!

I've searched all over Tucson and Southwest Mobile Storage is the place to get your container. I have purchased a 20' refer and 40' steel from Carlos. He's your man and will shoot you straight. Great quality and friendly staff to work with!

Thanks Mitchel! As shipping container sellers, we try to make sure every customer's experience is as good as possible and its great to know that we succeeded!

SMS has been so great! I rented a container that was delivered yesterday and had a small issue with bees in the bottom of the container. When I emailed Alicia with my concern, she replied quickly and had the manager, Carlos, in Tucson call me. He called me first thing this morning and offered a very reasonable solution and was willing to complete the exchange today. Luckily, the bees went away by today at some point and the extra measures weren't needed but the fact that they quickly replied, they were kind and super efficient makes it all worth it. I highly suggest doing business with them and am happy to have chosen them as our storage company. The whole process of renting the container was smooth and easy. Alicia has been able to answer all my (many) questions and is always quick to respond. So far, so good! As for the "patched up old clunker"- it is a storage shed... they are not going to be super pretty. It serves it's purpose and they are obviously going to be used, especially if you are renting. The containers are not a disaster, it just looks like it's used. They still look nice on the outside and the inside is used but reasonable.

That's great to hear Shannon! When we rent storage containers to our customers we always want them to have to an excellent experience, both when dealing with us and when using the container. We are always happy deal with bees or any other unforeseen issue that might present itself. We are proud to know that you are putting our container to good use and we are grateful for your review!

Be warned, this company is extremely corrupt. They will sneak in a 13 month calendar year and insist that 13 months a year is normal. Also, the container that they sent me was a worn out and patched up old clunker. The truck driver and Tucson office people are incredibly rude and the woman who answers the phone in Phoenix is nearly brain dead.
