About Smithfield Family Dentistry

Dr. Cook completed the Medical College of Virginias Dental School in 2003, where he earned his doctorate of Dental Science degree. Prior to that, he also completed a doctorate program in Neuro Anatomy, also from MCV. Dr. Cook is originally from Richmond. In 2003, Dr. Cook purchased the practice of Dr. Wilson Ames and relocated to Smithfield. He and his wife, Kirstin, have two children Colby and Anna. Dr. Cook is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and has served two terms as an elected member of the Smithfield Town Council.
