Steve is great. I had a very positive experience with him. He fixed our dishwasher pretty easily, and this is after the technician from another company failed to do so. He is also very professional and helpful.

My frost-free freezer kept getting iced up. Called them and they gave me a 3 hour window. Otto showed up during the first hour on a rainy Saturday - diagnosed the problem as something with the door gasket, and fixed it pronto. We will defiantly welcome his service for any future needs.

Needed my Whirlpool washer fixed. Called Monday and they came out right away. Nice people, good job and low price comparied to others. Thanks, I'll call again (hopefully not for a while)
