Fantastic! Had issue with LG Refrigerator not cooling properly. Called SmartFix and they took my information and a technician arrived the next morning on time and repaired the problem quickly. He was very professional and explained the problem and the time and cost to repair. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend SmartFix to anyone who has a issue with their appliances.

Very easy to schedule an appointment and quick turnaround. Service was scheduled for the next day only because I was not available on the same day I called. Russel, our service tech was vey punctual, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the issues with our dishwasher. He ordered the part and returned to fix it the day the part arrived.
