Sirous did a beyond amazing job. Him and his team renovated our whole condo. He did such a great job that the difference between the before and after was incredible. He removed old nasty carpet and replaced it with our choice of flooring. He removed the bathtubs and installed beautiful new standing showers. He removed all the kitchen cabinets and installed beautiful dark brown cabinets. Working with Sirous is probably a homeowner's dream! He did such an amazing job and was very cooperative. He also finished in a timely manner and was great in communicating. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to remodel in their home or condo. If you're trying to decide who to contact, look no further! Great price, better work, and an even better company!

Sirous and SM Construction did a tremendous job extensively repairing and remodeling my home in Sterling. They do very high quality work at a reasonable price and do it efficiently and promptly. Your hear about contractors half-finishing projects then leaving the customer hanging before wrapping things up and you get none of that with Sirous.

I wanted to have some minor repairs and remodeling done to improve it for going on the market. Then my refrigerator had a major leak causing extensive damage. SM Construction ended up completely redoing my kitchen and bathroom, replacing a hardwood floor, drywalling a large basement rec room and replacing it's floor and many other projects to prepare the home for sale.

Sirous, the owner, was very helpful with design suggestions and in picking out materials. He has excellent taste and is easy to work with. Once the work was done of course I kicked myself for not doing it sooner and the house sold above the asking price immediately. SM Construction is a great resource for your contracting needs.

I have had the pleasure of working with SM construction on several projects. The finished project is nothing short of beautiful. Each project, upon completion looks publication worthy. Simply amazing. They are a preferred builder with my company, Bray and Scarff. It has been a pleasure to supply them with all of the pro appliances for these amazing projects and I look forward to working with them for years to come

SM Construction was amazing to work with. They helped in restoring flooring and drywall that had incurred water damage from a recent storm. They were very responsive, kept me up to date through out the process and finished repairs sooner than expected. I would highly recommend them!

This is the 2nd major project we had done by SM Construction. This project included updating a bathroom, lighting replacement, adding crown molding, and drywall repair. Sirous' team is always responsive, courteous, and provides quality workmanship.

We had plans to redesign the layout of our kitchen and decided to interview and request proposals from several contractors in the area. After meeting with Sirous and reviewing his design and proposal it was clear that he had the best design at a reasonable price. He met with us twice to discuss the details of our project and he also provided us with samples and examples of his past work. After signing the contract, we allowed his crew to start the work while we were away on vacation for a week. We came back and we very impressed with not only the transformation of our kitchen, but also how much had been done in a week. Sirous has a good personality, is easy to work with and will provide you with quality work. I would highly recommend his company. We will continue to use him for future projects!

Sirous was responsive and very helpful. He met me at houses I was considering purchasing to provide free estimates for the work I wanted. When I closed on a townhouse, I hired SM Construction. They improved my house and made it more liveable. They added a kitchen island and more kitchen cabinets that matched the existing ones plus matched the granite top. They completely remodeled a hall full bath, replacing the old metal tub, old tile, old floor, and old vanity with tiles we choose for the shower and floor and installing a modern vanity, mirror, and medicine cabinet. They moved the plumbing in the shower to the opposite wall and installed a pocket door to create more space in the bathroom. They replaced a barn door entry to the master bath that let in too much light and sound with a pocket door. In all choices, Sirous had excellent taste and helped me save money and choose the right look. I highly Sirous and his company and will hire them again.

Sirious and his team did a phenomenal job building built-in bookshelves and cabinet in my home. He met with us, and sketched out the project with us to our satisfaction and always understood our vision for our living room. The quality of the work was top-notch with very careful attention to detail. We were very pleased with the work at the quoted price.
