The office play game with us. And there is a woman name Hiba. She was very rude?aggressive and dismissive. I told them 30 days in advance that I would sublet my lease and I found a new tenant can take my lease. but they said that someone had already applied for my apartment and they would not accept any more applications. So I just need to move out and everything is over. Then I move out on 10/11. returned my key. But This morning I received the call from Hiba. She told me I have to pay the lease break fee. Because that new rent disappear???? and in her word everything is my fault because i didnt call them to check about new rent. hey? I find someone to take my lease and you told me I can not apply because you approved someone else. and after I moved out. You juat told me that person disappear and call me back to pay $6000. I can pay that but the Hiba she is really rude and never let you talking. If you can find different apt just go.ReportRe: The office play game with ... Skyloft is luxury at its finest. I love it here. By far the best place I have ever rented. The staff is on point and the communication is A+. They make sure to provide the best service possible. Everything is so clean. There is always activities around weekend time! You can never get bored. Even during Covid pandemic they mange to deliver on such an awesome experiences. Love it here!Re: The living experience at ... I also want to give a 5 star shout out to the maintenance contact, Juan. He was at my place and fixed all of my minor issues, within no time. He is extremely respectful, friendly and even takes his shoes off before entering your home. He also is the DJ on the weekends at the rooftop bar, this guy does everything!
