Every time I see their commercial, I get annoyed. I used these ppl several years ago when I was hit head on by a drunk driver. They ended up settling my case but their attorney fees and such wasn’t even enough pay my totaled car off (roughly $7500). I will never forget the experience. The lack of communication and the fees.As I went through my paperwork after the case was settled, they’d literally nickle and dimed me for everything.
