I offer an eclectic approach to my psychotherapy clients. Depending on who they are and what they bring to therapy, I customize a treatment approach for each individual and couple. I believe that a "one size fits all", meaning being tied to a particular theory, does not work for everyone. Instead, I take from those theoretical approaches to therapy that can help them the most.

My business focuses on relationship issues. This includes all kinds of relationships be it a traditional couple to mother/father-daughter/son, siblings, friendships, employer-employee, to name a few. I conduct relationship therapy with two or more people or individually. (Research shows that an individual coming into therapy, without the other person present, has an amazing impact on the relationship). It is an exciting and dynamic specialty to be a part of!
