This man is a complete fraud. He hires subcontractors who do not do the work correctly. Many things had to be redone because of mistakes. He was unavailable during the remodel. Showed up for a minute at the end of the day to pick up a check. Subcontractors asked us to pay them directly because they had not received payment from Sam. Work took twice as long as expected. Physically threatened my husband when he told him that he would not get another dime until all the work was finished. Now we are facing thousands of dollars in repairs for damage that was made to the structure of the house due to his incompetence. Do not give this man any money.

Sam gave a few suggestions that I didn't even think of and was extremely fast on the estimate to me which was right in my budget. He was able to start the job within a week and the work that his guys did was absolutely FANTASTIC! I have more work to be done in my kitchen area and I can't wait to call Sam to come back. My friends and family loved all the work done to my house. I would HIGHLY recommend Sam Gasaway to everyone!

Court today, his responce was he didnt live in Gwinnett county and the bad economy means he didnt have the money. Next step attorney and private investigator. Fulton co. next step. Not going to drop this, ever. He is dishonest at best.

They took great care in getting our job done to our satisfaction as best as they could. The cost to do our refacing was resonable. Sam was personable and seemed to care about our concerns. With any home improvment pay close attention to the quality of work being done and don't be shy requesting anything be done over PRIOR to the next step of completion. I was extremely impressed with Chris & Royce and would request them for my next project.
