Royal38 is such a blast, especially during the holidays! This place is always decked out, has awesome themed drinks to go with the Miracle Pop Up, AND the food is delicious. Everyone comes for the cocktails, but I stay for the spare ribs: highly recommend, they fall right off the bone! And the salad I had was full of strawberries and fresh greens. Glad to know their food menu stays well into the new year.

Delicious food, great service. I went the Christmas popup and had a wonderful dinner. Definitely the place to go.

Too loud! Can't even talk inside the restaurant. The music is so loud it could be heard down the street. The owner leaves the front door open so we were freezing. Didn't even order a drink. We just left.

Went in for brunch and the food was pretty good. The shirt rib hash was not good at all - dry and flavorless. Also the ordering and payment system is all through your phone which is very annoying. The online menu doesn't have all the things. We keep having to ask the servers for all the basic things - silverware, water, salt, etc. It was very annoying. No one was checking in on us and the whole experience was lackluster.

I am sorry you didn't like the short rib hash. I will check to make sure that we are following a recipe as we should. As for ordering on an app that is only used during the Christmas cocktail pop-up. Come January when we go back to our normal operation we are a full-service bar and restaurant.

On arrival the host sits us at the back for a table for 2 in between 2 large and extremely loud party. I was just about to walk out. He was nice enough that when I asked to sit outside he just told me to pick wherever I want to sit. The patio was nice. Food fairly mediocre for the price they charge. Very small portions and expensive. Cocktails are expensive and small servings too. Poor or no service at all. Limited bathroom availability (only 2 for a place that's serving alcoholic drinks). My wife chose to go to this place because of the lights they show on google images. When I was there, it was nothing compared to what I saw on Google search and the waiter told me "that's not us". I did find it very convenient to order on the phone and pay on the phone too . Not coming back to this place ever.

We are running our annual Miracle Christmas Cocktail Pop-up right now. It is the most popular pop up in the city, so I am sorry it was crowded and was too loud for you inside. As for only 2 bathrooms, we have 3 - two on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd. We have approximately 1200 people coming to the event some nights and the only way to help our staff deliver good service is to use some technology, so we deploy an order and pay app. When the pop-up is over, we are a full service bar and restaurant. We only ask our guests to order with an app during the pop-up. I am sorry you didn't find the pop-up to your liking.

This place was decorated beautifully for Christmas! Amazing food, drinks and service. It's also located in a prime location downtown!

It's cute but it's super unorganized no body told us to wait for a seat. We went upstairs clueless. Figured out we had to wait for a seat downstairs. Waited downstairs. A guy came down and sat ppl who just came in after us and didn't even ask who was there before. He came back down and told us it would be 20min. We left

We have a sign at the front door that says please wait to be seated. We also have a host right there that is handling the wait list. It may have been too crowded for you to see the sign because our pop-up is the most popular one in town.

The food was food and drinks were good. However everything is done online. One my bill was finalized there was a random $30 that was added to my bill and I don't understand why!! They basically stole extra money from me! Make this invoice make sense

I want to go on record as saying we don't steal from our guests. If there was a mistake on your bill, please call between 4 and 5 o'clock Monday thru Thursday and ask for the Manager. We would be glad to clear up any errors made while you were using the ordering app. So you know, we use an app during our Christmas pop-up because we have up to 1200 people a day coming to enjoy the event, which is the most popular Christmas pop-up in Dallas. The only way to serve that many people effectively in a day is to use some technology to help our staff keep up. Once the pop-up is over, we will go back to being a more traditional service establishment, as we don't use an app year round.
