Front Desk worker, I believe his name was Richard. He was so nice and respectful, he welcomed my family & I in, he had a great smile & on top of that is very good at the job. He told us about the waivers we had to fill out. Then he brought up the prices, 27.99 for 90 minutes today, or 26.99 for a basic membership. All five of us went with the basic membership. His membership pitching is A1! Like he said it’s month-to-month & we don’t have to worry about a contract or anything close to that. Overall, he’s so nice and respectful, on top of that last time we came, we even saw him severely helping out with the party check-in and guided us to exactly where we needed to go, not even the party hosts them selves knew what was going on. GIVE THIS YOUNG KID A RAISE. HE IS GOING PLACES.Report

I could have saved about half of what I paid without the birthday room. I could've paid $189 for the 6 kids to have ALL day passes and instead I paid $325 for 1 hour of jumptime and 1 hour in the party room! I now know what a huge waste of money this was. I couldve spent my money on more gifts for my daughter, and just had cake and snacks at the park. Definitely will never be doing this again???? Also my kids found blood on the floor and all over the trash can and wall????Report
