After my accident I was quite skeptical of seeking legal help, however Roberts Markland LLP was quick to clear my doubts and quickly gained my trust. He made me feel well taken care of and did an excellent job of keeping me up to date with my case as well as making himself available to answer all my questions throughout the process. I Tammy Galveston is very disappointed in your services you held my case for 9 months before you told me that you could not do anything with it. And then about 6 to 7 months later found out that you filed a lawsuit on my behalf and never heard back from you guys. You say you tried to reach out to me and call me and send letters and things but I did not receive anything from you. I will be looking forward to seeking counseling. For this lawsuit that you filed on my behalf it was not right and you were wrong for doing that and also for holding my case for 9 to 10 months without updating me on anything I have to call your office to get an update and then talk to your assistant when they wanted to dismiss my case because you said you could not help me. You should have told me that when I first came into your office but I am very disappointed in your law firm would not refer you to anyone.
