ALL the girls at the front desk all speak in this very annoying high pitched, long california valley girl drawl. I find it very annoying and disingenuous. I hate checking in and out because i have to listen to it for way too long. Maybe its just the NYer, get to the point attitude, in me. Everything else is overall ok. Nothing grand, nothing substandard. Pricey

Only amazing things to say about this med spa! To all my bros out there, if you were ever curious about Botox, I highly recommend you come here and see Anna Malcolm. I think there is a stigma where men shouldn't be into skincare or care about aesthetics. I believe everyone is beautiful with or without cosmetic work but at the end of the day, if it makes you happy then DO IT. The staff is so professional and walk you through the procedures. I am so happy about my Botox treatment. All thanks to Anna for caring about her patients. fyi, Botox can be used for more than just anti-wrinkle treatments. Can help with headaches. Worth coming here to give it a try!
