We have dealt with Robert and his team off an on over the past few years while we searched for a home - he was always quick to respond, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. When buying and selling a home, he created videos for us that detailed the pros and cons, gave us insight into the market, and just gave his general recommendation based on his experience, which made this process incredibly easy. Robert and his team work fast, communicate clearly, and have a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge about this business. Highly recommend both for first time buyers/sellers as well as those who have done this many times before.

As executor of my mother’s estate, I needed to sell her home in Middle River, Maryland but I had no experience or knowledge regarding the “how’s & why’s” of "estate real estate". Given that I had many other things to manage in connection with settling my mother's estate, I relied on Mr. Kaetzel to handle the real estate portion of my mother's assets. It was the best decision I ever made!

Soon after my initial contact, Mr. Kaetzel met me at my mother's house to look over the property. I found him to be very knowledgeable, courteous, forward-thinking, & innovative. He was very familiar with the Middle River neighborhoods & the surrounding areas. I knew right away that he would look out for my best interests & would manage the sale in a very professional way. Upon concluding our first meeting, Mr. Kaetzel promised to get back to me with some options for the sale of my mother's house.

In just a day or two, he emailed me some information including a video in which he discussed all possible options with regard to the sale. Although the information was quite detailed, Mr. Kaetzel took great pains to present all of the options in a very clear & concise way. It was obvious to me which option would best suit my situation.

Once I let Mr. Kaetzel know my wishes, he got to work & very quickly found more than one buyer for the house. Settlement was arranged at a time that was convenient for me. The sale was finalized in no time.
