I had a broken wisdom tooth that was causing me more pain than I realized. I was able to book an appointment for the following afternoon. It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist and I was feeling a lot of anxiety about my appointment. Dr. Iebba was very caring and understanding and made me feel comforted and calm. I was able to come in the next afternoon and had my tooth removed by Dr. Vora. She was also very kind, understanding and informative and made me feel comfortable with everything that was going on. My tooth was out before I knew it! I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment because of how amazing the staff and doctors are. Thank you so much!!

I have been going to Reading Dental Associates for several years. I went there purposely, and with the understanding they would accept my insurance company's rates. In other words, I would only have to pay a 20% copay and not be billed the difference between what they bill the insurance company and what the insurance company allows/pays them. This helps keep my dental/medical expenses more reasonable.

Yesterday, after having a filling done, I was asked to pay an amount that was much higher than I have paid for like procedures in the past. After struggling to get an answer as to why the bill was much higher, I was informed they no longer accept the rates my insurance company allows. Had I known this, I would have postponed the filling which was not urgent and probably would have found a dentist who was still in my network. But I was not given this option. Reading Dental Assoc. surprised with this news AFTER the work was done.

If they decided to change their policy, they should have notified patients affected by it beforehand, not after work is done. This surprise bill exacerbated my current dental situation, because not long ago, I had Dr. Iebba install expensive crowns install on two teeth. On one of the teeth, I had an expensive root canal after it was crowned because I still had pain. To this date, I still have pain in both of these teeth in spite of having these expensive procedures done. Chewing is very difficult and I may to consider costly implants to get rid of the pain. But I doubt I can afford the implants because coverage is limited by my insurance company and I have already paid a large amount on the procedures that offered no improvement.

Although I have only been a patient at this office for less than a month, I already love Dr. Iebba and her whole team! I had 2 cavities filled today, I have severe anxiety of needles and Dr Iebba - and the hygienist - talked with me the whole time, it immensely helped with my nerves. Before I knew it the Novocain was in and I was in and out of the office within the hour. Amazing, friendly team, who all clearly love their jobs!

Dr. Gail Iebba and her staff are awesome!! I needed quite a bit of work done and was really overwhelmed, but they have been so kind and caring. I explained my anxiety with having work done and Dr. Iebba has been so understanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else! She is the best!

Dr Iebba and staff are excellent. They are extremely professional from scheduling to cleaning to major work, they never disappoint. It all started 20 years ago when she had to replace my front teeth and I've never looked back. I appreciate how much they care and always wanting me to feel comfortable. Thank you!
