Olaf from the Santa Barbara location is THE best. He is so knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect windows. Olaf was very patient w us as we weighed pros and cons of various different models. I highly recommend Quality Windows. Great product for unbeatable price and excellent service!

Quality Windows installed three Milgard windows May 2023. Everyone involved from the office (especially Espy) to the installers and stucco teams were excellent, efficient and hard working!

Friendly efficient service

Had scheduled to have this company replace a broken panel of a bay window, they showed up and attempted to enter the property via the keys in the lockbox, they called to notify me they accidently broke a key within the door, it was stuck inside the lock and if I could have it fixed they could finish the service same day. I called around got the nicest guy to do it for the cheapest I could find (50 dollars to extract key and 25 to rekey) rushed down to the home, got off work early, emailed to tell them I found someone to do it at 4pm and could they do the service and just reduce the expense for the key from the invoice, got a call back later in the day, they aren't responsible for breaking the key and they cant reimburse the cost. Very unprofessional and not worth the risk of doing business with. I imagine omitting fault has been the most effective way for them to get out of honoring mistakes they make. Not the kind of business I would recommend to go into your home if you are not around.

One of my double paned windows failed and I phoned Quality Windows, having no clue what to do. From the moment I called to the time of the replacement they were great! Seamless process, competitive rates and professional. Thank you!

Don't waste your time with this company.

I had Quality Windows & Doors over to provide a quote for a simple door installation. I called to see when I would received the bid after 10 days and 1 month and was told it would be sent over imminently both times.. Never received it.
