I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Emily, who coordinated the job, and the plumbers T. J. and Luke. What I believed to be an almost impossible problem was quickly resolved. All involved were professional and courteous. The only surprise was the low cost.

Thomas provided service for another project. The quality of work was excellent, and he also offered sage advice about not doing something that had the potential to become a big problem. He explained the issue clearly so that even I could understand. Thomas had our best intersts in mind.

A special thanks to our Tech Zach for his professionalism. He was knowledgeable in his explanation of our situation and moreso empathic to our concerns by helping us understand both the situation and moreso his process steps for resolving. The added support of both Katie & Emily (CSR & Help desk) in keeping a clear line of communication between myself and Zach was very much appreciated along with clean and accurate estimates and final billing. We are now the benefactors of Quality First Service Club and as member are comforted knowing we now have a reliable team of professional to call on. Brian and Brad provided us with great and quick service. We had another plumber come out and not do much and gave us no real direction. As soon as Brad and Brian came out they were able to physically see the problem, explain it to us and even showed us where the problem was. It was a great experience. We will be using their services from this day forward!

Brian and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. He made suggestions on other items in need of repair without making it fell like a sales pitch.

TJ True did a great job throughout and was very helpful and easy going. Replaced my water heater within 24 hours of calling and corrected issues he found while installing the new water heater. Thank you for the quick response and productive team.

Huge Shout out to Tobie Cordova!!!! ?
I work in a restaurant, our hot water heater went down which meant we had to shut down due to it being a health code violation had we not. I had 2 different companies come out and they both said we needed a brand new water heater, got a quote of $16,000 the first company, the 2nd quoted us $29,800 for replacement. Decided to call quality 1st, and so glad we did. They sent a tech out wothing an hour, and Tobie arrived and got to work. He was the only tech that did his due diligence and had his tools ready to diagnose. The Other company's just said it was old and needed replaced. Tobie diagnosed a bad blower motor and said he could have it next day by noon. By 1230pm he showed up, took old motor out, installed new one, and BAM! Water heater igniter and within an hour we had hot water. Needless to say we were able to reopen and serve our community. If it has not been for Tobie and quality 1st immediate attention, we would have been out thousands of dollars. Thank you Tobie and thank you quality 1st! You all saved the day and we are forever grateful.

Phil and Carson were top notch professionals! It was honestly the little things they did that meant the most. Wearing foot coverings, wiping their feet, asking questions and giving me options. As well as teaching me a few things about my new home. I would definitely recommend anyone to this company and specifically them!
