PUPS Pet Club

I am so grateful for PUPS Pet Club. They have truly provided my dog with the best possible daycare experience. As soon as she walks in the door, she is instantly overwhelmed with excitement.

In instances when my dog has not been feeling well or something has happened at daycare, I've always gotten a call, which is extremely appreciated.

Not only does my dog love daycare, but we also had a very positive grooming experience at PUPS. Would recommend PUPS Lakeview to anyone. :)

We love Lakeview PUPS! Our girl Sammy would be there daily if she could and always loves to say hi to everyone. The staff is the best, so friendly and helpful - 100% recommend!

This place could not be any better. Honestly, my dog runs to the car when he knows he's going to PUPS. Could not recommend them any higher.

We love Lakeview Pet Club! Such a lovely group of doggie caregivers, and our dog Matilda sprints her way there everyday she gets to spend there! Responsive, great hours and Matilda comes home worn out from the activities of the day, which is great. A++

PUPS Lakeview is amazing! Our dog Marcello has been going here for almost a year and considers it his home away from home due the excellent attention and care he gets. As he is a smaller dog, we were very nervous about sending him to daycare, but PUPS has exceeded our expectations. Whether it is for a day visit or an overnight stay, he returns home happy and tired.
Samantha is an amazing trainer, so patient and kind. Marcello learned very quickly, her techniques of positive reinforcement work wonders! I truly believe that Todd, Regional Manager, is the secret to their success. From the beginning he has taken the time to answer any questions we have had to make us feel comfortable and treats the dogs like his own! I can't imagine sending Marcello anywhere else and am so thankful for PUPS, Jonathan, and the Lakeview team!

My 1 1/2 year old corgi, Toasty, and I absolutely looooove PUPS Pet Club! Toasty completed a two-week Play & Train bootcamp with Samantha a few weeks ago and he absolutely loved it! I was so impressed by how much he learned in two weeks and Samantha was an incredible trainer. She came to our house once a week for two weeks after the training ended to help reinforce everything he learned and answer any training questions we had. She also recorded super helpful videos of him while he was in training to show how she taught him certain commands and was always available to answer any questions I had during the training process. I couldn't get Toasty to learn "down" to save my life, but she was able to teach him within the first two days! She's a miracle worker and Toasty loves her sooooo much. Additionally, I always take Toasty to PUPS whenever I'm going out of town or need to take him to daycare for a day. He knows exactly where PUPS is and starts running as soon as he realizes where we're going. They take the best care of him and he always comes home exhausted! I'd recommend PUPS to anyone.

I've been taking my dog Niko to PUPS across a few locations since I adopted him, and my experience to date has been top notch! I've never felt concerned about whether Niko was getting enough attention or playtime at daycare, and every time he's had to stay overnight it has been a no-hassle experience.

His baths and grooms always go well and I can feel confident the groomers will do a great job with all his fur! The trainers are knowledgeable and have done a great job teaching Niko (even though he is quite stubborn). Small things like being able to access the Nest cams is great because I can keep an eye on him at random throughout the day. The ability to switch between different clubs when necessary is also very helpful since the service across all of them is great regardless of which location.

Overall I love being able to take Niko here, and recommend it to all my friends with dogs whenever they ask about grooming, daycare, overnights, or any other similar service, since I always have trust that he will have a great time.

I've been taking my pup Morty here since he was a puppy and he loves it! We go almost every week day and when we pull up, he's immediately excited to get out of the car! He always seems happy!
I have to give a huge shout out to the staff! They are personable, professional, and you can tell they care about the dogs.

Cannot speak highly enough of this amazing team and facility! Our pup Finnie loves going to daycare at PUPS. We are so thankful it's a one stop shop for everything we need when it comes to the care of our dog. We never have to be concerned about boarding him overnight because he's in such wonderful care and we are always able to check in on him using the camera feature online. The grooming team is amazing and does an awesome job cleaning Finnie up. Todd and Jonathan are always welcoming both Finnie and I by name and providing top notch service. Absolutely the best team around, we consider them part of Finnie's family!
