They didn’t tell us what the required credit score was. Simona was short with my partner every time on the phone and very rude. Declined our application and told us to call the number for who ran the credit report but that was unhelpful as they told us to contact the apartment complex. They are not customer friendly.

I lived at 1000 N LaSalle St last year as a tenant. On the last day of my lease, before my lease was over, I had suitcases packed up in my empty apartment before moving out. Two PPM employees of this building entered my apartment without warning, while I was not there, and went through my packed suitcases. I came home to my things scattered everywhere with one employee still in my room. He claimed he thought I moved out due to my roommates keys in the office, but not mine. Another employee handed me a bag of my electronics that they took, including my laptop, AirPods, camera, and chargers.
As I packed everything back up, I realized cash was stolen. I spoke with Simona T., the building manager, who gave me the cash back as to not escalate things further. A few days later, when I moved out and unpacked everything, I realized more was missing. The building refused to compensate the rest of my stolen belongings.

I've been a resident for 9 years. Management is very professional and the staff are great, from the full-time door staff to experienced maintenance people. This is the best deal in the neighborhood for a safe and quiet place to live. Newer places exist nearby, but this building gives you the most for the rent paid.

I can't attest to this management company in terms of living, but I had a great experience with Bogdan when touring properties. He was very personable and was not too pushy. He was also able to show me apartments last minute. I appreciated how many properties he sent me over text when I was not able to come in-person to view. My one piece of feedback for PPM was that it took two weeks for me to get connected to Bogdan. I don't think was his fault, but it should be a shorter turn around time to get connected to an agent.
