Pillar To Post Home Inspectors - Michael Boenitz

Incompetent This man (Michael Boenitz) caused my family and I to not purchase the home of our dreams due to his inaccurate and inappropriate report on it. We later learned that a subsequent inspection with a different home inspector paid for by another buyer showed all the things he wrote in our report were false. Congratulations to the lucky new owners. I would never recommend Pillar to Post with Michael Boenitz.

Terrible at his job Michael Boenitz will put gaming sites on the tv of the home is supposedly inspected. Apparently he likes fortnight.
Moves furniture and lamps around and doesn’t put anything back where he found it.

Lousy home inspector Despite professionals explaining to Michael boenitz numerous times that a home he inspected has nothing wrong with it and mike(archangel as he delusionally calls himself) admitting that he doesn’t know what he is inspecting or how something works he still insists on “more proof, better proof”. This man is a menace.
