My daughter was with Phoniex House for almost a year. She suffers with mental issues, anxiety, and depression. I am very pleased with Phoniex House and their caring staff. Her therapist was amazing with her and included us as a team. Her psychiatrist also was amazing and explained everything to a T. My daughter is doing way better than a year ago, let me tell you! My daughter went through a lot, struggling with her issues she was at a dark place, going into mental hospital suffering with suicidal temptations. With intensive therapy and everyone coming together she is now in happier place, more interactive, less isolated, better moods. I strongly Encourage if you or your love one is going through the same, seek help and do it fast. Not saying any place is a miracle worker and it does take time and patience but if you find the right people to work with it can really help or even save a life.
Phoniex House has help my daughter! Special thanks to Anthony (therapist) Dr. Botros (psychiatrist) Teresa (assistant) and thank you to all that took my calls and never made me feel I was a bother, they always understood the love I have for my daughter to get well.

It was cool but they made me leave once I got my high school diploma.... I was also a chief motivator but freedom was better.

I celebrated my 13th birthday here, did not complete the program BUT it helped me so much. I still remember all the staff, Carol was so cheerful and supportive. I wouldn't be where I am now if it wasn't for the life lessons this place gave me. I'm 28 years old joined the military and currently working/mentoring at risk youth with drug problems. I would love to visit or maybe be a guest speaker, I remember hearing people stories while I was there, it motivated me to want to be better & stay sober.

I am 32 years old and I came here when I was 16 and I still remember my time there. I always think about the people whom changed my life. I am truly grateful for the experience I had while at P.H. I think about Al, he was a staff member there at the time. The man had a gentle soul and I think about it often. There's many other staff members that made a difference. I still talk to some of the people that I went through the house with. It was life changing. I'm sadden you hear you are closing. You guys did help
And I know the people who work there care.

Dear Jessica, the closing is temporary, the building is in a bad shape, so we are selling it and purchasing a smaller property in the same general area. We will reopen once the paperwork is done, all the licensing, etc. We are committed to helping teens like you recover and succeed in life! Congratulations and best wishes! Maja
