The physician, nurse and staff were all professional and efficient. I learned some helpful information from the doctor about how to stay well this winter regardless of my test outcomes. I appreciated the time and consideration she took to share that info with me.Report

Going to this place has literally been HELL on earth! I understand they are really busy. I've worked in a hospital lab during flu season so I get it but I've NEVER let this affect the patients and their well being. I came in Monday night for what I know to be a uti that I think may have gotten to my kidneys but I thought I caught it early. They were crowded understandable. But what I DONT understand is how my urine culture was sent out to the lab with no test. I've been in so much pain all week been calling about results possibly changing the antibiotic because I felt like it wasn't helping but I got nothing. Finally got through to a nurse one time and she says she will call lab corp and find out the mix up NEVER heard back. I typically like to use the ER As a last resort but I'm in so much pain and the lack of attentiveness is just upsetting!! This will be the last time I come here. I will drive to the furthest one before coming back to this place. Praying things haven't gotten worse.Report

Waited in the waiting area for 1 hour. After 1 hour they called me inside the patient room and said the physician should be here any minute. The physician arrived another 1.5 hours later. Wasted almost 3 hours for nothing. Very unprofessional. Please don't go to this place. Other urgent cares are far better.Report
