Overall, the flowers that Orchard Lane provided for our wedding were beautiful. All of the blooms were extremely fresh and they did a great job of customizing the floral design to fit my vision for the wedding ceremony and reception. All of the flowers were delivered on time and at the correct location. As a company they were easy to communicate with and would return phone calls and emails within 1-3 business days. The florists team of event workers did an amazing job adjusting our original quote throughout the process as our wedding vision developed throughout time. The team was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions in detail. The bridal + bridesmaid bouquets were a bit smaller than what I was expecting. Also, the company was scheduled to pick up the vases from the venue the evening of the reception, but they did not. Therefore, I had to bring the vases home and have them be prepared to return to the florist while trying to leave for my honeymoon. Overall, I would recommend this florist for your event needs, they do an amazing job!

Maggie (sp) here at Orchard Lane took my call on one of the most busiest days of the year (2/14) for any florist I would assume. I desperately wanted to place a large order of roses for my wife's valentines/birthday even though I knew it was going to be a long shot. Maggie, like a super hero in the night, made it happen! They even delivered them on time as promised. Maggie.... you made me look good!!! lol Thanks for your help and patients over the phone! I appreciate ya! She loved all 43 of them!!

I absolutely adore Orchard Lane! Beautiful designs, fantastic customer service, and the cutest little shop! My go to for florals!

The flowers expected and received were much different than the pictures we discussed and arrived 2.5 HOURS late! The day of delivery, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone on the phone, email, or Instagram. I ordered two header pieces for a chuppah and two chair swags. Kasey told me there would be a wooden back piece to help the header pieces from falling towards the ground but they didn’t come with them. I couldn’t even use the chair swags because my ceremony was starting within 15 minutes of delivery so we didn’t have enough time to put the header and chair swags together. The WEEK before the wedding Kasey said she wouldn’t be able to install the header pieces, but it would be easy to do with zip ties or I could cancel my order. She received additional orders that were more profitable, so she left me with no choice the WEEK before! The header pieces only came two zip ties and the header pieces fell towards the ground. The pictures we discussed and what she delivered were vastly different. She never responded to an email expressing my concerns. Communication with orchard lane via phone/email was overall very poor even throughout the process, which should have given me a hint. WATCH OUT before selecting this vendor for your wedding day! Her personality is deceiving but she is not professional or punctual and caused me unnecessary stress the day of my wedding!

The information you listed isn't exactly correct, but that's okay because we understand you weren't happy with the final product of your chuppah project. Kasey and her team did such an amazing job making sure of detail of our florals were flawless. From the moment I met Kasey, I knew she had the most beautiful, perfect vision for our florals. Every arrangement was absolutely perfect and made our space look so elegant. To make things even better, Kasey was the absolute sweetest person to work with! We can’t thank this team enough for all of their hard work!
