High prices even with sale prices seems to be high quality

David, Thank you for the review! We understand how frustrating it is with these uncertain times. We have seen manufactures raise their prices 3-5 times in the past year. With supplies being shorted or back ordered for up to 12-15 months we have sought out some higher end products because they were available. Not sure when, but we are all anxious to see some relief on the pricing side as well as the inventory!

Excellent customer service and support. Ryan is a true professional. He is so knowledgeable and has help us through everything to get our dream appliances for our new home. Ryan Rocks!

My mother in law isn't able to walk very far and we left her walker at home...She was going to just send me to find her a refrigerator, but Ryan borrowed us his chair with wheels so I could push her around to let her find the one she wanted. I would say above and beyond excellent customer service! Thank you!

Every time we have purchased from Ogden's in Richfield we have received a great price and amazing service. Most recently we purchased a washer and dryer set and had a great experience. We bought them over the phone while out of town and they were delivered by the time we got home. A few weeks later we experienced a small problem with our dryer and Ryan from Ogden's took care of it for us, he lined up the repair and went out of his way to resolve it quickly so didn't have to wait. Definitely recommend Ogden's in Richfield!
