This is an odd dealership. Back in March I helped my son buy a used Ford Escape from them priced very reasonably. Salesman professional and kind and funny, that went smoothly. Fast forward 8 months later and I go in trying to buy a brand new car. Same salesman but slightly different attitude. Obviously due to the supply chain shortages and microchip shortages they did not have what I wanted in stock. But he did have a service loner that was available for sale. Waited 2 weeks for this to come back to the dealership and every time I needed any updating on what was going on I had to reach out to the sales person. Finally the last time we talked I asked him about a different car figuring maybe that would be easier because it was actually on the lot. No deal as he would never return my calls. Finally gave up and went to another dealer.

Absolutely terrible service. Went to test drive a used Subaru that was priced at 9,995. However when I asked for the buyers order the next morning they dodged my calls for hours when I finally reached someone they said "we ran it through the shop and it has too many problems so we can't sell it here". Next day the cars price on the website went up to 12,984. They also ran my credit and now I have a hard inquiry for a car they won't sell me. (Side note when I got to the dealership they seemed to have no idea I was coming and showed me the wrong car after I had spoken to two different sales people discussing the vehicle). The receptionist Leanne however was very nice. This whole experience has made me absolutely livid.

I live in another state. I traveled to Florida to buy my daughter a car. She picked out the one she wanted. It was not on the lot yet. We were there for almost 3 hours. Running credit reports etc. when we left everything was set and when the car was to be delivered I was told they would fedex me the paperwork for signature

When I daughter went to pick up the car. They made her redo all the paperwork and took my name off the title and financing just to get a sale on the books for that day

I talked to several staff members with no resolution. I was told our salesman was on vacation which was not true. They fired him the same day my daughter picked up her car.

There is some shady things going on at this Subaru dealership and I would advise everyone to steer clear. They can not be trusted

I have reported there behavior to the Better Business Bureau

LOVE LOVE LOVE this dealership. Coming from the business, and moving 1400 miles away from home, it was awesome to walk into Ocala Subaru and feel right at home! They were friendly, funny, and made the transition from my car to two cars seamless and fun! They worked hard to make sure we were happy! Navar was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find a car. James and Marshall were fun, efficient with their product knowledge, and helped take the anxiety out of the car buying process. Lastly, Bill was so helpful and worked hard to get all of the financing done! Can't recommend this dealer enough, and I look forward to doing business with this dealership for years to come!

Wayne Harris was great at explaining the features of the Subaru Ascent. We did not know anything about Subaru's vehicles but he took time with us and no pressure to buy. We would be a repeat customer.

Rick is the driver who picked up my Ascent for service and then drove it back to my house after service was completed. Rick is such a positive and joyful man. He does an excellent job and is a great representative for Ocala Subaru!

Horrible horrible dealership. Complete scam artists, they doubled the price of the car for absolutely no reason. "Accessory fees" didn't explain what exactly the fees were. If I could give zero star I would. Con artists.
