I'm not your typical appliance repair technician. I actually do this work because I enjoy it, not because I have to. In 2015 I earned an A.A.S in Electrical Engineering. I quickly found a 9-5 job with Con Edison, and sure I was good at what I did, but I didn't enjoy it. There was just something missing.

You see, growing up I always loved working with my hands. When my desktop computer stopped working I taught myself how to build a computer from scratch. When my aunt's dryer stopped spinning, or my mom's favorite burner on the stove stopped lighting, I researched and taught myself how to fix it. I became the go-to person when it came to appliances. One day while replacing a drain pump for a family friend's washer, he jokingly suggested I should start this as a business. That idea resonated with me, eventually I built up the courage to quit my mundane job and start my own business. I know that's an odd choice, but here's the deal…

I love working with my hands and helping people - and an appliance repair business is the perfect fit. Now I love what I do, and with my engineering background I've developed a skill to fix just about anything!
