Lie about products, lie about when services will be done, give run around about pricing!

From last 3 times they are not doing their job for my home... Last time I asked them to clean properly as I fall down twice because of icing, and he said:”I am not professional, I don’t know much to do it. And he just throw salt allover....” Today, we have lots of snow, and he didn’t show up. Last year one guy broke our garage door, This year one guy broke Christmas lighting wires.... Very poor quality of work... Employees are not good....

Although I have had multiple problems with Naturescape, my biggest concern is lack of communication. I called many times. The last time I said, "As a customer, you seem to be giving me the option of take it or leave it." No one cared enough to even respond.

Update: Just saw that at some point in my life I gave Naturescape five stars. In October of 2019 they destroyed my lawn by aerating it literally while it was raining. My yard became a mud pit and huge areas of grass were torn up and they refused to admit fault or fix it. I've since discontinued service with them and advise everyone else I know to do the same.

on site staff does a great job, very respectful & thorough
