Went in for an oil change and everything was great. They even helped my fox an issue with glove compartment at no charge!

Found a car through Capital One auto loan navigator. I was approved for the dealer price they provided to Capital One. They sent the bank a loan request for $2000 over advertised price. This caused the loan to require a $2500 down payment. Oldest trick in the book: bait & switch. I suggest not listing your cars in different places for different prices. You blamed the bank, but you work together, so the price should've been honored. Plus, you wouldn't even price match your own car . . . Extremely disappointed.

This place is lousy. They keep you here for hours on end, then when you finally get them to agree with THEIR advertised price they ask you NOT TO GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW ONLINE. The sales manager there is a joke, you see him one minute the next you are waiting an hour for him to get back to you. I have more fun at the dentist.

Horrible experience. Every single I come here, there is a new issue. I called over a week ago to get my car serviced as well as a loaner. (I reiterated myself multiple times to make sure if he given a loaner) only to come to the dealership and be told my name was not on the loaner list and there was no cars for me. And then, I was told no one mentioned that my car had warrant after my car was diagnosed. When it was made not multiple times. The lady I spoke to might have been under the name of Elisa? No idea, horrible customer service. You would think they would try to make your experience a little easier or understanding of your situation, but no. My biggest regret is buying a car from here.

Came back for my fifth round of Jeeps at this dealership. Jeff was my salesman. Super patient, honest, and was able to work with me to get me the car I wanted. They are always reasonable and you can feel the family owned dealership vibe from start to finish. I'll be back for my 6th. Thanks Jeff!

STAY AWAY!!!!!! I went this dealership in April. The service men are un professional aka a part is in back order. Tells me it will be faster if I ordered it from the manufacturer… I waited a few months since my jeep is working perfectly fine. I call in October part is back in stock. I call in nove to schedule an appointment. I was quoted almost 900 for the repair. I drop it off on my appointment after speaking with service . They somehow don't have my previous order ? yeah ok ?? I'm not paying for another diagnostic. Their sloppy . STAY AWAY.

Napleton's Northwestern sent me a recall for my car and got me in right away. Upon arrival James Kirkpatrick was friendly and gave me a time he assumed the car would be complete.

My car was completed quickly and before the time allotted. James was friendly the whole time and made sure the service was to my standards.

Napleton's Northwestern could give a Master Class on customer service. Recently, I took my Jeep in for an oil change only to be told that I was too early and to come back after more miles. What dealership doesn't take an opportunity to do an oil change, or more, needed or not? Not Napleton's Northwestern. Other experiences have include having tires fixed for no charge. When I asked about paying, I was told, "It's the right thing to do." (Thanks, Doug) Again, how many dealers just take cares of their customers, look out for their safety and say, "It's the right thing to do"?

I can't say enough about this dealership. This is why I've purchased my last two Jeeps there and why neither of them received any servicing from any place other than Napleton's. This is why I've recommended my friends to buy Jeeps there and/or make sure any servicing is done there. If you want to be taken care of in the best way possible, this is the place.
