We had a wonderful time - beautiful and safe ride! Delicious champagne brunch after. Helpful and experienced staff. Loved every minute.

They are very well organized, lots of employees assisting with all aspects from parking, snacks, preparations, take off, landing and returning, too. Pick the season when the air is clean and no wild fires can reduce the visibility. The ride was fun, the landing was the most action packed.

Wonderful experience. Pilot was exceptional and the staff was efficient and friendly.

Incredible experience for our 10 year anniversary! Pete was our pilot and we had the best morning with him. Everything was organized and it was very peaceful. Highly recommend brunch, as well. A+ from start to finish!

Excellent experience!!!!!

Absolutely amazing experience! The pilots are very skillful and the whole team did such an amazing job of explaining every step. The morning we flew, fog was rolling into Yountville so the team drove us about 45 minutes away to Pope Valley. We got to spend an hour in the air looking at vineyards and mountains! Completely worth the cost! At no time did I ever feel unsafe.

I would give it a 5 star. The overall package of the ballon ride experience was amazing. The staff were very nice and friendly specially Alex and our pilot Justin. The food was delicious ????. I would definitely recommend this. It’s all worth it. ????????

I booked it to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and it has become one of our most memorable experiences! We’ve both never rode a hot air balloon before and I’m glad our pilot Pete is awesome and so knowledgeable of not only the flying the balloon itself but has extensive knowledge of the wine and culinary region. The breakfast after the balloon ride was great as well!

Had a great morning! The team showed us great hospitality upon arrival and throughout the experience. Everyone was working hard for us to have fun and have a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable ride above the Napa Valley. We were very pleased!
