Steve Thornberry received his degrees in physical exercise and kinesiology at the Institute of Sports in Australia and created Muscle Under in 1980. He brings a distinctly Australian flavor to Muscle Under's atmosphere, combining a friendly and easy-going staff with exercise expertise and the motivation to succeed. He's worked with a number of celebrities, producers, and executives to help them achieve their full fitness potentials. All personal trainers at Muscle Under are fully certified and bonded. Steve personally trains all his staff members and ensures that the training methods here in his facility are highly effective and up-to-date.
