He has over 29 years of experience as an attorney, including extensive experience as a civil defense trial attorney and working in the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
Mr. Moran has obtained numerous million dollar verdicts and arbitration awards for elderly victims of abuse and neglect throughout the State of California and Settlements in excess of a million dollars and is a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Moran was recently recognized by the California Advocates of Nursing Home Reform (CANHR) for his trial advocacy by being awarded the William F. Taylor Memorial Award.

Our experience with Moran Elder Law was great and a blessing! When it seemed like there was no one to stand up and be an advocate for my elderly parent, we found Moran Elder Law. Everyone we worked with was very professional and efficient. They were also very caring and easy work with. Moran Elder Law does a wonderful job protecting and being advocates for the elderly. They seemed to handle the case with ease but, I know they were working very diligently. They were honest and straight forward from the beginning and I knew what to expect and let them handle everything with confidence that they would get to a resolution. I would definitely recommend Moran Elder Law to represent anyone needing help for the elderly.Report
