Can't recommend this place enough! Believe the great reviews. They were so quick and efficient and painless yet still thorough. Urgent care clinics can be a nightmare but this place is AWESOME, how urgent care should be. Listened to my concerns and did the testing I asked and them some. I will be back if I ever have any needs!!

Simple, efficient, friendly and courteous service. From the nurse to the doctor, wonderful ease and proper care. In and out in under an hour with preregistration. Good experience, would not hesitate to go back.

They treat patients respectfully and keep them moving, but not so fast that you don't have the physician's attention - the best urgent care I've ever been to, both River Forest and Skokie locations.

I have a $25 bill from an visit from 6 month ago. I have submitted my insurance card to the clinic twice. They told me that the bill will be covered by my insurance company, they will take care the bill. But 3 month later, I have received a letter from a collector.
I went to the Midwest Clinic today again, A worker given their billing department phone number to me, let me talk to them. I call the billing department, and be told that Midwest will not summit the school annual checking bill to insurance company anymore. I was totally lost!!! WHY? WHY? WHY? This has been covered by my insurance company for years. Now MidewestClinic just do not summit the bill to insurance company anymore without any notice. I have to pay collector for a bill total at $30.50. What a stupid rule of the Midwest Express Clinic. Not help at all.
I will never to visit this clinic again.
