Midwest Express Clinic - Schererville, IN

The treatment I received was solid. Unfortunately, the receipt they give you does not have a date on it or anything useful for HSA reimbursement and when I called to inquire about the receipt Julie was not helpful at all - stating it is normal that receipts do not have a date or type of service rendered. I called back to request my statement and Julie hung up on me. Then I called back a third time and Emily was very helpful and offered to email my statement which includes this info.

Came here for the first time yesterday, visit was very quick and efficient. All of the staff was kind and professional, and the facility is nice and clean. When we left my 5 year old said he loved that doctor! Thank you all.

Had been at this Immediate care clinic a few times and every time we are taken care of with the best service and care. Our questions and concerns always answered.
