Worst dealership and ZERO customer service knowledge and the person who was suppose to assist me was very rude unprofessional and told me on all the price that is displayed on windows stickers is not correct there is additional 10k charged on it due to low inventory!Report
But prior to this location I have visited Edison location of same dealerships show room but they did not ever ask for additional 10k
I strongly recommend not to visit this location let them close or hire some good and professional people

I went to the dealership, and to my surprise they told me they didn't manufacture a part anymore for my 2009 SL550, and they had no suggestions. I was shocked for a very expensive car that's only 12 years old...it changed my opinion of Mercedes.Report
