Magnolia has been professional, friendly, customer oriented, educational, and honest. They are legit, real deal experts in HVAC systems. John in particular has been outstanding. I had four different “knowledgeable” people examine my system and none of them were able to troubleshoot and fix what was going on. I called Magnolia. John came out and was the only one to figure out exactly what was wrong and figure the right solution for my particular situation. Good, honest problem solving. I can’t say enough good things about him and Magnolia. Thank you!

Half of my Quiet Cool whole house fan went out. Josh came out, diagnosed it, and referred me to the places to purchase a new one. Once it was delivered, John and Jesse came out and installed it. They were quick and cleaned up.

Jesse just completed the service of the unit on the roof. He was prompt and thorough. He advised me it was getting close to me needing to change the coil in my air scrubber but I didn’t feel pressured to do it immediately. He also answered my questions about a tankless water heater, my next major purchase hopefully, and told me to start watching for rebates that will help with the cost.

I had a seasonal system maintenance on my mini split that was installed 6 months ago. Service technician Paul was on time, did the service in a timely manner, and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this company.

Paul was exceptionally professional. Very customer service friendly.

They were very reasonable, showed up early, and suggested additional things that needed to be changed, but never felt pressured. The system looks great. He walked me through how to change my electric filter. I will definitely use them again
