We have used Cheryl for 1 Sale and 2 Purchases in 1 year of moving to AZ.
With her knowledge of the market and the west valley area it was a no brainier to have her as our agent. I consider Cheryl a friend foremost then our agent. I would refer her to anyone looking for quality service and knowledge of the real estate market.

Amanda is awesome! Amanda showed us many homes and we found a great new construction home we really liked. As that home was nearing the end of construction, we listed our home with Amanda and the Cheryl Benjamin/Realty One group. Our house was listed on a Thurs and we had 10 offers over the weekend. We settled on a very strong offer 10% above our asking price. We're now in our new home and love it.

Amanda is very professional, always easy to get in touch with, and really put in the effort with our purchase and sale. Great job Amanda, we will strongly recommend you to our family and friends.

I recently moved to the Phoenix area and needed to find a home and a realtor. I started my search on Zillow... and here is what I learned:
When I look at realtor reviews on Zillow, I very seldom see a realtor without five solid stars.

That's unfortunate.

I say this because I don't think clients are really critiquing their realtors like they should. Clients want to be nice or not hurt feelings. I am basing this assumption on a couple of things.
First--I've run across more than one review where the buyer gives five stars to a realtor before they have even found a home! How can that be? Half of what Zillow wants us to evaluate (Process expertise and Negotiation skills) happen AFTER you find a home.
Second--I have reached out with questions to NUMEROUS five-star realtors and did not receive timely responses or, worse yet, received information that later turned out to be inaccurate or outdated.

Having worked with countless realtors in my personal life and professional life (residential developments), I understand the importance of a good realtor--and I am really picky. I am glad we found Eric. Last month he helped me get into my new home, and now we are working together to find an investment property. That said, I want to explain how Eric EARNED his five stars in the categories Zillow uses for rating.

Local knowledge: I was pleasantly surprised about how much Eric knew about this area. I am not going to say much about this category because I don't think it is all that important. After all, we all have Google and can pretty much find whatever info we want!

Process expertise: Eric comes from a family of realtors and has worked real estate in both Washington and Arizona. He has a solid real estate background and years of experience! Although I have purchased many homes in the past, this was my first in this state. I LOVED how Eric would 'next step' me ahead of time to make sure I knew what to expect administratively and financially (heck, sometimes even emotionally!).

Responsiveness: I wish Zillow would re-title this category as Communication. 'Responsiveness' seems a little one sided...like answering a text or picking up the phone. But communication is more; it's listening and seeking understanding/ speaking and seeking to be understood. Right out of the gate Eric assured me that he understood the importance of communication and he would always do his best. He did not disappoint. He listened and helped me find exactly what I wanted. He didn't try to fit me into a home that he 'thought' I should like. There were none of those cryptic text messages that you have to read 15 times to try to figure out what the person is saying. He always had quick, concise communication!

Negotiation skills. Eric is super sharp--and maintains high integrity. He is very good at thinking outside of the box when it comes to negotiating a deal. I had never considered an incremental offer and his suggestion for me to write a letter made a huge difference with the seller. I have great respect for how well Eric negotiates--without compromising his upright standards.

Whether you are looking for a realtor as a first-time buyer, or a seasoned buyer searching for a new realtor--I hope you contact Eric.

Only thing I would add would be to allow the prospective buyer to make their own real offers and not put much pressure price-wise and let the buyer take or leave their own consequences of their offers or counter offers.
