Lexington Apartments

First let me start off by saying it took over a week for them to approve my app. I literally had to go up there In person almost everyday. Front desk girl is very rude. She told me she was not properly trained and was in the office by herself so she didn't know how to help me and when I asked for her to contact her property manager or someone over her she told me that wasn't going to do that because the lady was off. Property manger seems to run from problems and don't want to talk when I come in the office to speak with her. They laughed when she told her who I was because I've been coming in the office a lot due to issues in my apartment. My apartment was not move in ready, a walk through was not done. Weed was found sitting on my dryer and the dryer was broke as well. So since the property manager seems to be too busy to handle issues corporate and the apartment association is next on my contact list. But from aside of all of that Tommie my leasing agent was very helpful.

I have a family member who lives here. They have a couple community events and the kitchens are remodeled, but that's it. Almost can't stomach the stench when we visit. LOTS of drug activity, run down and over priced.

Rachelle-Thank you for your feedback. We encourage your family member to come talk with the Property Manager and report any unwarranted activities so we may address it. We would also like to discuss any other apartment issues that they maybe having.

Ive seen roaches every day for what seems like awhile despite keeping my apartment clean. My apartment smells like smoke despite me not being a smoker. Was threatened to be evicted despite TRR reflecting disbursement.

I recently visited the apartment complex, and the staff was amazing, very professional and answered every question without hesitation. Hope to move in soon!

When I heard Lexington was under new management as of 2018. I hurried back to sign a new lease agreement. Lyndsey the office manager and Ceci the assistant manager are so attentive to residents. Since I'd moved in any concerns I may have had about a light bulb being out or patio door knocked off railing due to my kid slamming it. It'll be fixed within 24 hours. The staff at Lexington are tender hearted and thoughtful. Lexington partnered with Apartment life to host two events every month. So residents will come together and build relations. Just to name a few I've attended are summer splash, pizza night, popcorn grab&go, lunch grab&go, karaoke night, back to school bash. Did I mention the amazing modern upgrades to the units. From stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and indoor washer and dryer I am in love. A few other amenities are the dog park, pool and 24 hour gym is just a plus. This complex is the heart of the community. There's a Elementary school across the street, a Junior high school and intermediate school to the left of the complex. So many trails to explore with your family. My daughter and I love going on long walks. To see if we'll spot any turtles or a Northern cardinal (red bird). Also a great way to stay in shape and let my kid let out her hyper energy. I can brag about Lexington and the staff or you can come see and find out for yourself. Lexington is home!
