L'Ermitage Beverly Hills

This hotel is simple amazing. The staff is superb and the suite layout are really great! I have been so many 5 stars hotel in Beverly Hills but the quality of service and cleanliness I had in here is so far the best.
The general Manager Mr Berger let you really feel like you are at your home.
Staff is top notch !

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The hotel was very close to downtown Beverly Hills and Rodeo drive, and the house car was very convenient. The rooms were nice very big suites, with lots is sitting area and space. The service at the hotel was absolutely exceptional, everything was very quick. Although the spa wasn't open for renovation. The highlight of the hotel were the rooms and excellent service. I will definitely be staying here the next time we come to LA.

Awesome suite

Joe, our French server , was so efficient and helpful in making our stay at Avec Nous most memorable. We live nearby and can't wait to come back. L'Ermitage hotel is the gem of BH.

Simply THE BEST HOTEL on the West Coast and possibly in the USA!!!!! This hotel is a hidden gem. From the rooftop pool to the insane service to the staff everything is perfection. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious, the beds are heaven, they put our initials on our pillowcases!! We have certain dietary restrictions and prior to our arrival the hotel staff arranged for our room to be stocked with everything you can imagine to meet our needs. I could go on but it was simply mind blowing. I wouldn't stay anywhere else after this and I've stayed at the Peninsula, Four Seasons etc. This blows them all away.

Loved lunch prefixed. Excellent food.

I spent four nights there while at a conference in LA.

I was really impressed with this place I have stayed at some nice hotels in my lifetime, fortunately. This place is very well run. Staff very friendly, room was awesome, and location was good for walking.

I had dinner there the first night as part of my American Express reservation. The service was really good, kind waiter but the food was just average. I had steak Frites.

I had breakfast there every morning as part of AMEX package and enjoyed it. They could use a little more variety. I will write a separate review for the restaurant but the hotel is definitely a must stay if you are in that part of the woods and want a really good hotel.
