Add ReviewWent to look at school, made it very clear that I was NOT intending on starting any school for another year, and that I was looking at SEVERAL schools...Admission counselor took me on a nice tour of the school. Nice school as far as I can tell, but it is the first culinary school I have reviewed...My counselor was nice, but....a little too "used-car salesman-like". Really pressured me into filling out application to enroll for school within the next month or two. At least three different times I told him that I would not be attending any school that soon. However, he asked for my credit card to finish my application process and the school debited my account $75. Now, I told them that I would NOT be going there, that I did not like their tactics, and to refund me my $75. It took them minutes to run my card, but WEEKS to send me a check in the mail. I thought this as a bit scammy and desperate. There are schools with much better ratings that are slightly less expensive, and hopefully less pompous.Report
