Kesslers Diamonds is the real deal! The service is impeccable! I will be back!

I just stepped out of the best experience that I've ever had from a diamond store!! McKenzie greeted me with warmth, a smile, and the upmost positive energy. I was offered beverages and snacks as well, in which food is always a bonus.?? My personal rings were also cleaned to perfection by Meghan. McKenzie took her time with finding me a ring and diamond that fit my personality and into my budget almost instantly…she's good! My family and I will be back and I'll be recommending each and every person that is either looking to marry or are married to visit Kesslers!!

Kesslers made picking out THE RING easy and fun. They made what I thought was going to be a dreadful experience a rather enjoyable one. This place also didn't make me feel like I had to choose a ring from them like other jewelers have done before while in the search for THE RING. 10/10 would recommend and will be shopping here again.

Best customer service I've had from any business. I'll never go anywhere else for jewelry. I had to get a new chain for my wife's pendant that I bought elsewhere. It broke years ago. They got me one for a great price, cleaned the pendant, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. It even has a warranty. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Also, they have beer, wine and cookies!

Kessler's goes above and beyond to make sure their customers new and old feel loved and celebrated every time they walk in. This was my first time visiting the new location and I got my ring cleaned. They made me feel so celebrated. Thankful we went with Kessler's for their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their customers. 10/10 recommend Kessler's!!!!!!

The staff was very inviting and friendly. I came in to have my wedding rings cleaned and they offered me a beverage while I waited, and even offered to do all of my jewelry which I wasn't expecting but was so nice of them! Would definitely recommend this location
