The practice was established at its current San Juan Capistrano location in 1989 by Dr. Lawrence Kaban's brother, Gerald Kaban, DDS. When Dr. Gerald Kaban returned to the Air Force in 2004, Dr. Lawrence Kaban took over the practice. Dr. Lawrence Kaban's daughter Kelly Kaban, DDS joined the practice in 2017 after graduating from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry with honors.
