John was very instrumental in deciphering the jury deliberation process at a mockup jury trial of a personal injury (auto accident) case for the NY Academy of Trial lawyers. In his real-life personal injury litigation John puts a lot of emphasis toward prediction and analysis of a mindset of prospective jurors with the view of protecting his clients’ interests and maximizing the outcome. If I ever need to refer a friend to a personal injury attorney, John H. Fisher would be my first choice.

John is an outstanding attorney. I had a pleasure to attend one of the CLEs in which he was a guest speaker.
