Horrible Experience. 2013 Ford F-150Report
Platinum. The 171 point inspection (or whatever the count was) is a joke.
The fuel pump fuse is over loaded Ford knows about this and the dealer did not correct it before putting the truck on the lot. The truck shut down numerous times leaving me stranded. I was finally able to restart on I-20 and drop it off after hours to L.S. Ford.
The power back glass didn't work, the technician said it worked for him EVERY TIME (whatever).
The truck has a grinding noise that they cannot figure out after 2 attempts and after each attempt they said it was repaired. No Mr. Jacobs it's not repaired. I call him back and left a voice mail 2 weeks ago with NO response. Instead of fixing the problems before putting it on the lot they relied on the warranty that I purchased for the repairs.
I am currently talking with an attorney about this matter. Avoid LS Ford all together.

Been doing business with them (originally Bleakley) for approximately 16 years. All staff I've ever met have been exceptionally nice and accomodating to me in many ways. This includes sales and service. In fact the first time I was there to purchase a vehicle, my grandchildren and I were taken to center of building because of a tornado was very close to us. Jimmy Jacob's, Richard, and Mr. Brown (retired now) have went extra mile to handle my concerns in the past. Mark Couey has done the same in helping me in sales more than once. Wouldn't ever think of changing dealerships.Report
