Here is my experience with Jax Nurses Buy Houses- I had two properties with headache tenants and I decided to sell as I relocated out of state. I did a search, found out these guys were trustworthy and "Nurses" so I gave them a call. I felt extremely comfortable with them after the first phone call. Josh struck me as honest and made me a fair offer for my houses that did not change at closing. Please see my thoughts on my experience with Jax Nurses Buy Houses (JNBH):Report
Found this company after searching for cash buyer for my home. Initially thought I would sell my house as a for sale by owner but ultimately decided it made more sense to sell to an real estate investor given turn around time and closing. I found JNBH after googling them, I found out about their mission of helping others in the local community and decided to call. I spoke with Chris and he and his team were very responsive. I received a fair offer and they held my hand through the entire process (step by step). I was nervous about the terms changing after inspection but it did not. AIso, I did not have to pay any real estate fees or closing cost as they paid everything. I would use them again in a heart beat. Straight up, Sunny was very personable, friendly, and honest. I don't know anything about buying or selling houses so I was nervous as I inherited a property when my Mom passed away. Again I was nervous about everything but it went exactly like Sunny said it would. His communication was excellent through the entire process and he even helped me find an attorney to complete probate. So yeah, I would recommend them.
