Just finished our first Christmas lights tour with James Limousine. The experience was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations. Our driver Sam was punctual, professional, and friendly. The communication was very thorough so I never felt concerned about the timing. Will definitely use their services again.

Great reliable service. Robert arrived on time, was very professional, and was willing to adjust our agenda with no issues. The party bus was spacious, well equipped, and clean. Great experience!

Their driver exited his vehicle on public property, and urinated in my driveway in broad daylight when there were two businesses within 50 foot of his vehicle, both with public restrooms. When confronted about the circumstance, they waited nearly 4 days to even respond. In their response they offered no apology. When I responded how unprofessional their handling of the incident was, their response was “????.” These are the drivers carrying your daughters to prom and your wives around. I would recommend going with a company that would at least care enough to offer an apology.

James Limousine did a wonderful job handling the ground transportation needs for my daughter's wedding earlier this month. We had a number of guests staying at different hotels and James Limousine made it easy to get them to the ceremony & reception and then get them back to their respective hotels.

I particularly liked the text updates alerting me to the status of the different vehicles. Everything went very smoothly with all the drivers being on time and handling things in a very professional manner.

I can't say enough good things about James Limousine and would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with ground transportation!

I used your Limosine Party Bus and the driver was Steve Morris. He was a very good driver, and was on time from beginning to end. He actually came back to pick us up at the marina 30 minutes before time to pick us up which was excellent because we were ready to leave 45 minutes before he was scheduled to come back. I thoroughly appreciated that because it was raining ????. Thanks for helping to make our 40th Anniversary a great day!
