It's just not worth being called a 5 star property. To start with, I had made a pre-booking but I was made to wait 4 hours at check-in because the rooms were not ready, and they didn't even bother to update the status till I asked them, refreshments were out of question.
The rooms were not clean, the bath fittings were substandard and stained. The house keeping didn't provide toiletries or refils unless asked . The hospitality staff were untrained. About the the food the less said the better. In short, please avoid this property unless you want to pay premium for a sub standard quality of service and poor hospitality.

A Marriott like any other, amongst the upmarket hotels in the city, a reasonable well positioned and neatly located property for the business traveler, however cannot be deemed as a property for discerning travelers or a destination.
