I called the Moreno Valley office that services Calimesa. I spoke to a wonderful gal named Jessica. She is so pleasant and helpful, loved talking to her as she scheduled my carpet cleaning appointment. The carpet cleaners came as scheduled. Their names are Justin and Tracey. They were so fun and professional. They explained each step of the cleaning process as they went along. Ask for them and schedule with Jessica, I can't see how anyone could no have a great experience with the all. Thank you Jessica, Justin and Tracy! I will ask for the 3 of you next time, until then....Marjorie

Robert and Anthony were very nice. I was impressed that Robert treated Anthony with respect. They did an excellent job and reassured me carpets would dry quickly.

I have used Integrity chem dry in the past but my most recent experience was not as good. Not only did it cost more than quoted- do not believe their coupon specials- but my carpet still looks dirty. They came back to redo but it still has a dingy appearance. The carpet is less than a year old. I would not recommend.

WHAT they actually do, as far as service and product, is acceptable. Their business practices are NOT. "Integrity" means doing the right thing even when no one is looking. NOTHING could be farther from the truth here. After having my initial quote for a 4-door car and 12-step staircase equal $250, I expected a bit of wiggle room, up to 100 more. My total came to $750, after the technician was there less than an hour. I called the manager (franchise owner?) and twice she only tried to justify, not appease or placate or even skirt an apology for my experience. THEN, i had the distinct pleasure of hiring an independent that worked for the franchise and he confirmed that this is their policy, to upsell unscrupulously, and always has been. Well after that unsolicited testimony, i was convinced it wasn't a one time thing. My carpets are industrial type and only have normal wear/dirt by the way. The independent did a terrific job.

Justin and Alex were awesome! They were very friendly and professional. My carpets look, smell, and feel amazing. They were even able to get out the accidents our dog left behind. We have been using Chem-Dry for years and we are always satisfied with the technicians, the customer service, and the results.
