Overall a nice place. It is very pet friendly, and they provide bags everywhere to pick up after your pet. The managers do what they can to help with issues if you reach out.

If you enjoy your peace, quiet, and sleep do NOT live here. The walls are paper thin. I can hear every single conversation my next door and upstairs neighbors have, wether it's a normal inside voice, yelling, having "intimate" private moments, etc. there in ZERO privacy because of these walls. The leasing office will admit the walls are thing but promote that there is "quiet hours" and that the security on site helps enforce it but don't fall for it. Unless your neighbors are having a crazy wild party nothing will be done about your complaints.

Nice place but overpriced. Exceptionally small for the price you pay (minimum of $1400) but in today's market they know they can take advantage of people and they definitely do. Absolutely not military friendly. My boyfriend is in the military and got relocated. He decided to purchase a house closer to base and break his current lease. We were going to pay the fees but was also told if we found new tenants than they could take over our lease. We went to the extent to find new tenants and get them approved but they decided they wouldn't honor it. Bailey in the leasing office was extremely rude, confrontational and verbally aggressive with my boyfriend. Never gave him the chance to pay the fees and break the lease, just accosted him in the hallway. She was exceptionally petty and withheld the rental verification causing us to delay closing on the house by a couple days. Thankfully the lender saw threw her and we were able to close but her actions could have caused us serious financial damage. Save your money and sanity and go elsewhere. It's a decent place but you certainly don't get your money's worth. This is definitely a last resort community. If you want a small apartment, high utilities, high rent, and rude office staff, all for a nice swimming pool and decent gym then this is your community.

Edit in response to managers reply: she did in fact try to reach out to my boyfriend but at this point nothing can be done to remedy the damage that has been done. She made him feel at fault during the conversation. Again I still stand by the initial review.

Just called with questions on pricing … and I must say I'm at a lost for words. I'm moving here from California and this just can't be real. This complex is in the woods with nothing around it. AMENITIES ARE WHAT YOULL BE PAYING FOR. This is robbery. Really sad.

Pam, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the pricing. I am not sure if you have called around or visited any other communities, but we are very competitive within the area and one of the newest communities in Pensacola. Although we are located in a very nice secluded area, we are close to shopping, entertainment and the beach. It is a nice get away from all of the hustle and bustle of the day. OVERPRICED !!!! My friend hates it out there. I visited her over the weekend and she hates it! Prices are too high for such small space and you have to whisper because anyone in the hallway can hear you. And constant stomping.

Everything has been great so far! Everyone is so nice that works here and all the amenities are very nice! The area is clean and you can tell the employees really care about your experience.

Great move in experience! Everyone was so helpful! The property is beautiful and the apartments are gorgeous, the attention to detail is unmatched! Great place!
