The initial visit was about 45 mins. This second visit just seemed ridiculously quick. 15 mins to service the outside was about 1/2 the time our previous bug guy took. Not sure how thorough it was, just skeptical.

Matt, soliciting @ 3pm on 10/15 did not respect the 'sleeping baby and protective dog' sign on the door asking not to solicit or to knock on the door.

If I could give them negative stars I would. When I signed up for this service(over a year ago) I was guaranteed warranty work, haven't recieved it. Set appointments, they do not show. I have had numerous problems and getting a supervisor to call you back.... good luck. Please choose any other pest service than this rip off. Oh by the way they charge more because they offer the warranty service, that you will not recieve.

Insight here in Northern Nevada have been nothing but great to their customers! Although they had one bad service technician, the service manager Eric F. Came today and made it all right! After months of paying for the service without getting the results needed, Eric apologized and guaranteed that issues like this would not arise again! Thank you very much for your service Eric and thank you insight pest solutions for keeping my home bug free!
